Design Week hat-trick…
The Design Week awards were announced recently, and we were very pleased to see that we had scored an unusual hat-trick; dha design provided the lighting design for all three entries to be awarded in the exhibitions category. dha were the lighting designers for not only the joint winners (the Medieval & Renaissance Galleries at the V&A by MUMA and the Oculus at St Paul’s by Ralph Applebaum Associates), but also the highly-commended ‘Contemplating Monolithic Design’ by Barber Osgerby with Sony.
Congratulations to all three winners, and we were glad to have been involved on the projects.

We’re very pleased that Casson Mann & Nick Bell Design have won gold at the Design Business Awards this year. The Great North Museum has been a fantastic success, with the target for the first year of visitor numbers achieved in only three months. We we were glad to be part of the team, providing the lighting schemes for all ten new gallery spaces.
