Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge
DHA first worked with the Fitzwilliam in 2005 on the Greek and Roman Galleries, and have recently completed several temporary exhibitions.
After working on Hockney’s Eye in 2021, DHA completed two recent high-profile shows. William Blake’s Universe brought together loans from all over Europe in a show dedicated to one of England’s most important artists. With incredibly low light levels, DHA and the design team worked hard to create a bright, welcoming spaces.
To mark Paris hosting the Olympic Games, the Fitzwilliam went back 100 years to tell the story of Paris 1924: Sport, Art and the Body with DHA designing beautiful lighting to a range of artworks and ephemera including classical Greek sculpture, 1920s paintings and 2024 merchandise.
