What used to be an area to buy and pick up tickets, it is now a multi-purpose space to eat, drink, meet and work as well as to find out about performances and activities within WMC. DHA Designs were responsible for all of the interior lighting, ensuring a calm and relaxed space.

Indirect lighting was used extensively to highlight the rich timber clad walls. A long linear custom up/down lighting system was suspended the length of the space to highlight the ceiling and emphasise the curve of the theatre above. The acoustic ceiling allowed only minimal perforations so thin focused lights were used. Over the seating groups by the window, decorative pendants were suspended to create individual spaces.
